Policy: Art's Cool is not responsible for artists' clothing being soiled by materials or for items left behind. As a parent or guardian, I understand that I am responsible for transportation to and from Art's Cool activities. I understand that Artists participating and others entering Art's Cool are responsible for their own safety and I waive my right to take legal actions for injuries or damage occurring on Art's Cool property. Cancellation for special programs within 7 days allows for a credit towards other events. Last-minute cancellations will still owe the cost of the program (so no refund and no credit) I grant Art's Cool permission to use photos of me (or my artist) and my (or my artist's ) artwork for display and promotional purposes. Art's Cool commands respect and tolerance, kindness, and peer encouragement in our studio. We are a peanut-free studio. Please drop off and pick up at the front door. Aprons are available. Covered water bottles are welcome. Please be mindful of arriving on time for pick up. Thank you!
